This safari takes you to eastern, northern, and western Uganda, to see gorillas and chimpanzees. In addition to the wildlife sightings, you will explore well-known attractions and national parks. You will visit Entebbe, the location of the 2018 movie Entebbe. You will explore Kidepo Valley National Park, Murchison Falls National Park, and Kibale National Park for chimpanzee and gorilla trekking. A stop at the Sipi Falls and the source of the Nile River at Jinja is also part of the safari.

Azas, our professional guide, will welcome you to Uganda, the pearl of Africa. Your pick-up will be at Entebbe International Airport. While driving to your hotel in Entebbe or Kampala, we will explain the itinerary for the next two weeks. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will check in, have a meal and spend the evening leisurely.

After breakfast, meet your safari driver and check out of the lodge. Then, you will embark on your journey to Jinja, the source of the Nile River. En route, you will have a stopover at Mabira forest, one of Uganda's best and most natural forests. Then, proceed with your journey to Jinja, where you will enjoy your lunch before embarking on an afternoon boat cruise along the Nile River to see the source of the longest river in Africa River Nile.You will later transfer to Kapchorwa have dinner and an overnight at the booked lodge.
Your guide will transfer you to Sipi Falls. At the office of the falls, you will be briefed about the hike and meet the local guides. Next, you will hike to the three waterfalls. The height of the waterfalls is 100m, 85m, and 75m. You will start with the highest waterfall and work your way back to the office where you started with your hike.
After breakfast at the lodge, you will head out to start the traditional Karamoja Village Tour. This tour is not aimed at sightseeing but rather a participatory experience where you are introduced to the village's culture. You can participate in the villagers' daily activities by preparing local food and partaking in celebrations and cultural dances. Later you will transfer to Kidepo Valley National Park, one of the best savanna parks in Uganda, with thrilling vegetation and several wildlife species. The journey is long; thus, you will enjoy an en-route lunch while dinner is at the lodge.
Start your day with an early game drive in the wilderness of Kidepo Valley National Park, where you will be thrilled to see several wildlife species that occupy the plains and the Narus valley at large. Then, return to the lodge in time for lunch (if you do not have a packed lunchbox), after which you will return to the park to continue with the game drive. Next, you will head to the south Sudan border, where you will visit the hot springs and return to your lodge before finally embarking on a sunset game drive. Amongst the mammals to look for during the game drives are lions, elephants, buffaloes, warthogs, bush babies, wildebeests, and waterbucks. There are also several birds and butterflies. You will notice that the entire flora of the park is evergreen.

Enjoy an early breakfast before you check out of the lodge and make your way to Murchison National Park. Then, enjoy an en-route game drive and lunch in Kidepo Valley National Park. Murchison Falls National Park is the largest and oldest park in Uganda. The park is famous as it hosts the world’s most powerful waterfall. This park is also the most visited of all the savanna parks in Uganda. Upon arrival at the park, you will check in at the lodge, have dinner and stay overnight.
You will head out for an early morning game drive to spot nocturnal mammals and hunters within the park. The game drive takes place in the northern part of the park. You will spot four of the Big Five and plenty of bird species on this savanna grassland. Finally, you will return to the lodge for lunch and embark on a stunning boat cruise upstream to the bottom of the waterfalls.
Enjoy breakfast before you check out and start a long drive to Kibale National Park. This drive will take the entire day, so you will have lunch en route. Upon arrival at the park, check into your lodge and go for the Bigodi Swamp walk. Later, return to your lodge to enjoy your dinner and overnight stay at the lodge.
After breakfast, pack some snacks and drinking water and meet your safari driver. You will be transferred to the park's headquarters in Kanyanchu for a briefing, after which a guide will lead you into the forest in search of the resident chimpanzee troops. There is a possibility of spotting any other of the 13 primate species resident in the park. After spending an hour with these gentle giants, you will return to the lodge for lunch. Finally, you can spend your evening leisurely or enjoy a guided nature walk in Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.

Enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge before heading for a guided walk to the crater lakes of Kasanda and the mini caves at Amabere Ga Nyina Mwiru. Later, enjoy an en-route lunch and proceed to Queen Elizabeth National Park for dinner and an overnight stay.
After an early morning game drive, your driver will transfer you to the Kasenyi plains in Queen Elizabeth National Park. You will spend half of the day on a game drive and look for different wildlife species, including lions, elephants, buffaloes, hyenas, waterbucks, Ugandan kob, and leopards. Later, return to the lodge for lunch and embark on an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel with an opportunity to spot hippos and lots of aquatic wildlife, such as crocodiles and waterbirds.
Enjoy an early breakfast at your lodge and prepare a packed lunch before your check out at the lodge. Then, we will transfer you to the Ishasha sector, where you will enjoy a game drive looking for tree-climbing lions and other wildlife. After the game drive, return to the lodge for lunch and embark on an afternoon boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel.
Come trekking with us early in the morning to find mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. It is an experience you will remember your whole life! Viewed as you approach the park boundary, the forested mountainsides of Bwindi Impenetrable National Park stand in magnificent contrast to the surrounding cultivated hills. Once inside the park, expect a sensory overload of sounds, smells, and sights you could only experience in a pristine African jungle. Next, return to your accommodation and rest before moving out for the late afternoon-to-evening local community and cultural encounter. This visit involves cultural dances from the community's local people and participating in some activities, such as traditional cooking and weaving.
You will have breakfast and set off to Lake Mburo National Park via Mbarara City. You will arrive at your accommodation in Lake Mburo National Park in time for lunch and rest before moving for an afternoon-to-evening game drive. On the game drive, expect to see the gigantic eland, antelope, zebra, topi, impala, Uganda kob, and Cape buffalo. Finally, you can relax at your accommodation where you will have dinner and an overnight stay.
Enjoy your early breakfast and proceed for a morning walk in Lake Mburo National Park. You will be in the presence of an armed Uganda wildlife authority ranger-guide. During this guided walk, you will have the opportunity to encounter (at close range) zebras, giraffes, eland, topi and other antelope, and Cape buffaloes. Next, take the trail to the top of the hills and see Lake Mburo and beyond. From this vantage point, you will have a great view of nine of the twelve lakes surrounding Lake Mburo National Park. Afterward, return to your accommodation for checkout before being transferred to Entebbe Airport (6:00pm or later).
